[SOLVED] Can I use my graphics card instead of onboard graphics

I just setup my Dual monitor setup and tried to open rainbow six and it says I have 163mb of VRAM i have a 1070ti and my my main monitor is plugged into the Display Port on my motherboard. Is there a Way to keep my dual monitor setup on with using my graphics card to power my games instead of onboard? Thanks

Why aren't the monitors plugged into the gpu? The 1070ti is more than capable of handling 2 monitors on it's own.

Exactly. There's no reason to use onboard graphics over a graphics card. Just turn off your PC, plug you monitor into the 1070 ti and do that.

My gpu only has one slot and its for hdmi is it possible to daisy chain into it?, or put in an adapter with 2 slots in it?
