Can i use my lenovo laptop withouth the battery

My old lenvo laptop has dead battery .If i use it without the batter will i damage anything?

You will not do anything, but it will have be plugged in all the time. I would look for a Lenovo battery ASAP. It defeats the purpose of a laptop.
