[SOLVED] can i use my ryzen 5 1600 with an asrock b450 pro 4 with updated bios?

so i recently upgraded my pc to a ryzen 5 1600, but im still waiting on the motherboard. the thing is the seller says that the motherboard's bios is already updated, but he says that it can still support my ryzen 5 1600. Is this true or am i gonna need to flash the bios, because im pretty new to upgrading PCs and im not really brave enough to flash the bios myself.

You're going to be fine out of the box. If you can, contact the seller and see what version BIOS the board is on and cross reference it with the BIOS/CPU support list on ASRock's support site, here.
