hello my friend is getting into pc gaming and wants to upgrade his old pc from windows 7 to 10, so i thought i could use my old key that i used to activate windows ten on my pc on his pc, but is that even possible?

1 license, 1 PC. Period.
You can't use it in your system, and give it to him for his system.

Even though the Windows 10 free upgrade has "officially" ended, upgrades using valid Windows 7 keys seems to continue to work. Tell your friend to try it.
