Question Can I use non corsair RGB fans with a corsair RBG Hub

I have an corsiar RGB hub and need to buy 5 RGB fans. However I would like something cheaper than corsair so I was wondeirng if other brands fans are compatible with corsairs RGB hub

Can you please provide an image or perhaps the model to your Corsair branded RGB hub? Chances are the answer is going to be a no since their connector is proprietary. What sort of fans are you looking into? Coolermaster tends to have standalone RGB/ARGB hubs that are friendly with aftermarket RGB/ARGB gear provided they are the standard 4 and/or 3pin connector without any proprietary latches.
