[SOLVED] Can I use Nvidia card (GTX 1650) on an AMD FX 6300 CPU motherboard? (nvidia+amd)

Basically it's been a long time since I built a computer and I was wondering, can I use an nvidia card with an AMD motherboard/CPU ?
of course the motherboard has a pci-e 3 x16 bus.

Any reason it won't work?

PS My motherboard is a [M5A78L-M PLUS] , can I use a PCIe 4.0 card with it ?

They are 100% fine together

Pretty sure PCIE 4.0 has to be supported by the motherboard but they are always backwards compatible, the speed of the slot will not impact the performance of the card either
