I have old pc but not that much old.

I was looking for SSD and got to know nvme ssd are good.
So i want to use it. But my PC's motherboard doesn't have nvme slot.
Then i checked my pcie version via cpu-z, its showing me
Pcie v1.0
So can i use nvme pcie adapter in this slot?

It should be backwards compatible but you can't use it as a boot drive. Just buy a SATA SSD.

What motherboard is it?

Likely you would do far better with just a SATA III SSD, instead of trying to forcefit an NVMe drive in a slow slot.
