Can i use PC3L rams on PC3 slots?

Hello!my question is little bit silly i guess but i cant find a solution for my answer on the internet.Im about to buy Corsair Vengeance LP 16 gb 1600mhz CL9 and they run at PC3L.My motherboard supports PC3 as i know from the manufacturers instructions...So, are they going to run correctly on my system?!

if it a newer haswell cpu it should. check with the mb vendor there should be a list of tested ram. if not i email mail or call the mb vendor before you buy. it up to the mb vendor to put the new ram into the bios for support.

my cpu is intel core i5 4440 3.1 GHz
