Question Can I use PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe newer SSD with Lenovo Sharkbay mobo

Hi!

I want to get some fast SSD, like NVM-e,... But that mobo is kinda old and I can't find any online specs for it. I can only give a picture of it.

I would like to know what is the most modern SSD that will work on that mobo I can get adapter. I don't know what are 3 slots under GPU for.

get a 2.5" ssd
so old, doubt lenovo update the bios to boot from pcie/nvme drive
