Question Can I use ryzen 5 3400g apu , in vedio rendering by adobe premiere, and some adobe Photoshop

i want to buy ryzen 5 3400g apu and use it in freelancing by vedio montage by adobe premiere , Photoshop , after effect and iam afraid that it can't perform this for 6 monthes till ihave an external gpu, can any one advice me and tell me how will it perform?

For a quad core, it's not bad , but with Video work there is no getting around that more cores to do the work will get it done faster.
