Q&A

1) Yes

2) Since you have power hungry GPU (250W), i'd be comfortable with good quality 600W range PSU. From Seasonic lineup, e.g: Focus 650 (80+ Gold), Focus+ 650 (80+ Gold), PRIME SnowSilent 650 (80+ Platinum) or PRIME Ultra 650 (80+ Titanium),
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/WrNypg,qn7v6h,yJgzK8,fnjJ7P/

Warranty wise:
Focus: 7 years
Focus+: 10 years
PRIME: 12 years (includes all PRIME models: regular, Fanless, AirTouch, SnowSilent, Ultra)

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic, while i have the PRIME 650 (80+ Titanium) unit in Skylake build. Full specs with pics in my sig.

3) If your CPU cooler supports LGA1155 socket as well, then yes. They usually do though.
i3-560 - LGA1156
i5-2400 - LGA1155

1. Yes the motherboard has 1 pcie 16 slot at 2.0 it will support your gpu. 2. Your gpu calls for minimum of 550w psu, so a highly rated 600w psu should be fine. 3. Yes the fan is interchangeable for that socket.
