Question Can I use SATA Power Switch for my PC?

I use 4 HDDs and 2 SSDs, sometimes I don't use HDD, I just want to make my HDD more durable, by not using it when it's not used, but if I use SATA POWER SWITCH will it be safe for my HDD

The safest way would be to leave it connected to the SATA power and use adequate cooling. Shocks like power on/off are worse than continuous power.

I personally would not HOT switch my HDD off, only when the PC is completely powered down, but that's just me. One opinion from a person who never used this.

It should be OK to use when the PC is off.
Switching them ON while the PC is in use may not even work depending on your motherboard or its 'Hot-swap' settings.
