Can I use separately the sticks of a RAM package?

At present I have a Pc with a G.Skill ram pack of 2 sticks ddr4 of 16Gb each.

I am thinking of using one of those two sticks in another Pc, but I don´t know whether they will work correctly separately, since they are sold in a package.

Will they run fine, each stick alone in different PCs?

Yes, they should work separately.

Should run fine just won't be in Dual Channel mode. Hardly any loss in speed performance in Single Channel mode.

They will run fine, independently, in other systems.

They may not pair well with other modules, but if you want to run 1x16GB in one and 1x16GB in another - that shouldn't be a problem.
You will sacrafice dual-channel mode in your current setup though....

No you won't 16GB is plenty.
