Can i use server memory, for my gaming PC?

I found cheap memory for sale, but it say server memory, and does not have a heat spreader, it is the same speed, and ddr4 just like the current memory i have in my pc, could i use the ram in my pc?

It depends if your motherboard supports ECC memory.

It most likely does not unless you have a server motherboard.

Edit: Your cpu also has to supports it.
