[SOLVED] Can I use Sony CR-2032 batteries on my MBU?

Hello, I am thinking of changing my CMOS battery made by Panasonic to the Sony's one. But I have couple of questions first. For example, is it compatible with my board (GA-AB350M-DS3H V2) and also will it improve my performance in any way for better? Also i am talking about CR-2032 Sony Lithium battery.

Yes. .. any CR2032 battery will work, the manufacturer doesn't matter. All batteries of this type are made after the same standard... everything is standardized and all motherboard manufacturers use the same battery type.

It won't improve performance... the battery is used to store BIOS settings(time, etc.) by keeping the CMOS chip powered.
