Question Can i use the AMD 4000 or 5000 series on my A320M-DGS ?

I have an ASRock A320M-DGS
I want to know, if I update the bios of this motherboard, I can use the AMD 4000 and 5000 series?

really doesn't help CPU list wasn't updated when they released last BIOS

so BIOS says yes but CPU list is no help

I see other Asrock A320 boards running 5000 series. Bios says it can so I would trust it.
