Can I use the fan from a Hyper 212 EVO on my Corsair 400R case?

Dumb question I'm sure but I wanted to get some use out of this fan thats just laying around. Was hoping to maybe get it in my case as a top exhaust fan but there don't seem to be any screws with my case or the hyper 212 that make that possible. Am I missing something?

Thats my problem. There aren't any that fit. There are a lot of tiny screws that I've used for everything else, then theres the supposed "fan" screws that are really long and very thin. Only thing is they don't screw into anything and they don't come with a nut for the other end. Even if it did come with a nut for the other end, the screw isn't long enough to go all the way through the case and the fan and have the thread come out the bottom. What type of screws are supposed to go into top and side case fans?

If the bolts that come with the case are too short but correct in every other way, measure how long they need to be, take one to a hdwr store, and tell them you need longer ones like that with nuts.

or...

Just get std fan screws like this. They pass thru the case and thread themselves into the soft plastic of the fan holes.

In fact... I imagine the holes on the top of the case for mtg fans are designed for the latter. The long thin bolts seem to be for mtg a fan to a different location. I'd get the screws and use those.
