Can I use the MSI Z87-G45 GAMING with Intel Xeon E3-1230 v2?

I have seen the MSI Z87-G45 GAMING. I don't know if it support my intel xeon or not because I am intend to upgrade my mainboard to use all the power of GTX 660Ti SC with SLI.
And another question is:
Can I run SLI with those 2: GTX 660Ti SC 2GB with GTX 660Ti SC 3GB?

No....your CPU is a Scocket 1155 and that motherboard is designed for Socket 1150 CPUs.
Might look to see if you can find the MSI Z77-Gaming mobo, it would be compatible I believe (it's Socket 1155).

edit: as far as SLI'ing two different VRAM GPU's, I believe it can be done, but the 3GB GPU would only operationally use 2GB like its counterpart does.

So this is my current PC configuration (sorry for my bad english):
Main: ASRock B75 Pro3-M
CPU: Intel Xeon 1230v2 3.3 GHz
RAM: 16gb
VGA: EVGA Nvidia 660ti SC 2Gb
Because my friend said that my mainboard didn't support SLI so that's why I wanna change, but I just have enough money to change the mainboard, so I wanna use SLI, that mainboard you mention support my CPU, right?
And if I use EVGA Nvidia 660ti SC 3GB, can I still run SLI?

yes, any of the MSI Z77 Gaming mobo's (I believe there are three of them, G43, G45, G65) will be compatile with your CPU. You will need to check to see if each supports SLI, I'm pretty sure they all do.

If you change motherboards, it is likely you will need a new OS since your original/current IS is tied to your AsRock mobo

What is "new OS" - sorry, i didn't know anything of this. 🙁 It means that I will change the windows that i am using or new CPU?

yes, OS means operating system, which I assume is Win 7. If your OS came pre-installled on your system, then it is likely OEM version or if you bought it and installed it yourself, it may be an OEM copy. OEM versions are normally limited to work with the original motherboard used when it was installed. There are some instances that Microsoft will re-issue the key, but not many.

However, if you have a full retail version of Windows (it will have 32-bit OS and 64-bit OS discss with it), then you can install it multiple times, but only on one computer at a time.
