Question Can I use the satellite speakers separately since the subwoofer is damaged ?

I've been using an F&D A140X 2.1 Bluetooth Speaker Set for 2 years; however, my subwoofer was recently damaged, making a loud sound before stopping.
The technician said something burned within the subwoofer, I'm not going to repair it because it does not appear to be worth the cost. The two satellite speakers seem to be fine.

My question is whether or not they can be used on their own without the subwoofer, perhaps with a PC or a smart TV?

They appear to utilize an RCA connection so I'd imagine they'll work fine on their own. You may need to get an adapter to plug into whatever device you want to use them with. RCA to 3.5mm for example ought to be rather cheap and is standard for most computers.

Thank You 🙏

They are only 3" drivers and the factory 160Hz crossover is in the subwoofer box, so you'll need some sort of high-pass crossover and they will still sound like a clock radio but will work. Though might not sound any better than the built-in TV speakers.

The lower the crossover you choose, the less power they will take before sounding awful, like they are about to be damaged because they are. For example the "small speakers" setting on a PC is 80Hz (but very steep in dB/octave), while the factory crossover in similarly small Bose AM series is 260Hz.

Thank you for all of your suggestions. I will eventually get a new speaker for the PC, and at this point, I was considering pairing the two satellite speakers with my old LED TV, though I'm not sure if it will improve the TV sound.

I think those satellite speakers are too small and lacking bass to improve TV sound.
You'd be much better off buying a decent soundbar for the TV if you don't have a hi-fi system next to it.
