can i Use the Top PCIe slot for the AsRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer with the NH-D15

Hey guys. I have the AsRock Z97 Fatal1ty Killer series motherboard. I really want to get the NH-D15 because of its great cooling abilities and quietness but am not sure whether it would never a problem when it comes to installing my graphics card in the top PCIe slot. I also have the option to get the H100i and avoid this problem, but it doesn't preform as well and is significantly louder.

BTW I have a Fractal Design Define R4. I'm pretty sure I can fit the h100i.
