Hi,

So I'm not well informed on the newer gen keyboards. Right now I am using all the USB ports on my computer, A total of 5. I will be getting a new keyboard and I've been eyeing the K70 Vengeance but I noticed it needs a pair of USB ports and I don't have any to spare.

Will I be able to take out my headset USB and use the one provided on the keyboard without any problems. Such as still be able to use the Gaming software provided and such.

yes but you may encounter interference/static, just letting you know ahead of time one of my friends used to skype call with his headset in his keyboard and it made a bunch of background noise on our end of the skype calls. Plugging it into the computer itself fixed this problem.

Alright but that was with using the headset mic I believe right? Cause I use a desktop mic (Blue Snowball)

nah he was actually using a blue yeti, but again not all keyboards are the same, you may not have any interference with yours.

At any rate, worst key scenario is you plug your mouse or something else into the keyboard and your mic into the available USB slot. I don't believe there will be lag or latency issues using a mouse on the passthrough, but using a mic through passthrough its understandable that it wouldn't be able to get all the frequencies right

USB2.0 or 3.0 ? USB2.0 is very limited on power and data transfer and using a headset (which records audio no matter what you want) and a keyboard (constant transfer of data even if your not pressing buttons) you could find a lot of problems.
If the keyboard is 3.0 compatible and the headset is 2.0 then you should be able to run it without too much problems. but the USB port on the keyboard is ment for a light or something which is minimal power and no data transfer.
