Can I use the VGA port on my motherboard and still be able to use the graphic card? How do it? And what is it advantage

If you have a dedicated graphics card, you need to plug your monitor into the card in order to use the dedicated GPU.

If you need VGA and don't have a VGA on your GPU, buy an adapter like display port or HDMI to VGA active converter

i have separate VGA Card, but i want use both Gpu Same time, so are you say if i need use both GPu Same time do i need use converter or use Display Port motherboard?
