Question Can I use these fans with the Deepcool Gammaxx 400

They perform worse than the Gammaxx's stock fan.

I was thinking of running 2 of them on the cpu cooler and the rest in the case, cooling is important for me but I want to have a lot of rgb so I chose these fans

RGB they have, performance, they are not.
Those fans are wired with the fan power and RGB power sharing a single connection. What this ultimately does is sacrifice performance for convenience.
Other RGB fans have the fan and RGB power connections separated - but it costs more, likely requiring a fan hub to run all those different cables.

Very true, I am thinking of getting 8-12 fans (according to what number of fans are in each pack) because I want to have 5-6 fans in the case and 2 on the cpu cooler, and the rest could be for if a fan stops working
