Can I use these outlets for an ethernet cable?

Plz can i use any of these for ethernet im tired of packet loss, im on wireless because my router is downstairs so can i use any of these. My router is a 2 in 1 modem router or whatever it is and it is plugged into the wall with a cable like that white cable the circular one that you have to screw in. I can't drill because im renting so help me out plz

It really depends if the cabling was done properly to the data cable port. Pull the cover off and see if there are 8 wires attached and try to figure out where the cable goes -- often the cables just dead end somewhere, and you can help determine that with an inexpensive cable tester.

But as a renter the most reliable approach would be to buy a pair of AV2-1000/1200 powerline adapters like one of THESE.
