Can I use these sockets at the same time?

Hello everyone, I have a motherboard and I have a CPU. I overclocked the CPU.
It is being hotter than usual. I decided to buy more fans. The case fan is not a problem to me.
The CPU fan, I have a Deepcool gammaxx 400. It has a 120mm fan on it. I want to buy one more 120mm fan to attach to the heatsink. My motherboard has the CPU_FAN socket. And a SYS_FAN socket. Can I use these two sockets at the same time to power 2 Fans attached to the heatsink?
