Can I use these two as dual channel

I'm hoping to buy two individual
Team Elite Plus 8GB DDR4 2400MHz sticks. They are not dual channel kit. If I buy two if those will they work as dual channel.

Maybe. The reason to buy a dual channel KIT is that the manufacturer guarantees the two (or four) sticks will work as a set. Buying individual pieces there is no guarantee.

If they work they can be used as dual channel.
