Can I use this as a add on to my pc?

I was cleaning out my store and found a surveillance receiver type thing lol. It was unscrewed. So I looked at the components. And found a 500GB Sata/ 16MB Cache WD500AAKS WD Caviar Blue

And a little DC brushless fan.
I was wondering if I could use them on my pc?? My specs are.
•AMD Eight core FX-8320 Vishera processor
•1TB HARD Drive CAPACITY
•processor speed- 4.00GHz
• max ram - 16GB
• connector type- 4 x aux audio, 1 x Ethernet, 1x PS/2, 4 x USB 2.0, 4x USB 3.0, 1 x VGA
• windows 10
• ram memory- 8GB
• Graphics card- AMD R7-460
•PSU- ATX- 500W (not sure the brand)


If I can use the 2 things how do I do it? Thanks for the help

you can use the drive, just get a SATA data cable and connect it to your board
the DC fan might work too if it uses a molex or 3pin header and is 12v or less, you'll need 4 screws to tighten it to the case
