Can I use this CPU?

Hey,

Here are my specs -

Intel Core i5-2300 2.8Ghz (800-1800RPM CPU Cooler, not sure about manufacturer and model)

4GB ram 1333 Mhz
AMD Radeon HD 7770
Corsair CX500
Intel DH67BL Motherboard

Can I replace the motherboard with an "MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate"

and the CPU with an Intel Core i7-4770 w/o having to replace anything else like the PSU or the CPU cooler?

yes, no problem. The mobo and i7 will not consume much more, if at all.
