Can I use this Fan?

Will a Alpine 11 PRO Rev.2 (http://www.arctic.ac/us_en/alpine-11-pro-rev-2.html) work on am3 socket motherboard (using an AMD phenom ii x4 965)? Also if that doesn't fix can I use the stock fan I got with my AMD athlon x2 220 (previous cpu)?
