Can I Use this For Eyefiinty 6

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Ti with 2GB GDDR5

Monitors:
Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitor – U2414H x 6

If not could you let me know what i need to improve or reccomend a completely different build prefferable under $2,000 for the computer.

nVidia does 'Surround' -- not Eyefinity. On Surround you will need multiple cards -- most current AMD cards can run 6 displays with proper connectivity (active Display-port)
