Can I use this Graphics Card?

I have a 2015 Dell XPS 8700 and am trying to upgrade to this, http://www.ebay.com/itm/352027664118 .
I currently have a GTX 770 Founders Edition, so I know for a fact power usage isn't a problem.

Sure I don't see why not. Be sure to remove current drivers before installing a new one.

*See if you can add an intake fan on your case if you don't already have one. It will help with cooling as this new card will leave hot air inside your case.

Um, no... It's a fairly large leap in performance! These are just two of many cited examples showing the gap in performance.

Lil... Make sure that MSI card will fit in your case, due to the built-in HDD cages. Other than that, you should not have any issues especially when running GPU intensive titles.

The GTX 770 Founder's Edition (Reference Design) is longer than the MSI GTX 1060. So it should fit no problem. Only thing is the difference between the fan designs, the founder's edition would expel hot air outside the case while the MSI expels hot air inside the case. Be sure you have adequate air flow else you will see high GPU and/or CPU temps as a result.
