can i use this PSU for my low end PC?

Athlon II X2 250 3.0Ghz
emaxx mcp61d3
4gb dd3
his HD 6570 2gb ddr3
and my PSU recently died today, im in low budget now, i can only afford generic psu.
will $14 generic psu last about 3 months?
im planning to give away it after 3months and then build a new decent pc

yes no problem i have once used a 10 $ cheap psu with core 2 duo and hd 6670 for over a year.
