Can i use this psu

i have got umax 450W psu so can i use this for my cpu which has i3-6100 processor and nvidia 750ti graphic card.

You can use it, but I would not if you like your computer. It's a low quality unit, high chance of dying, and that can damage other components. I'd spend $30 on even a low end but better one like a Corsair CX model.

I would pick up at least an Evga 500b. Not the greatest unit, but far better than what you have, and sufficient for your build.
