Can I use this to clean my CPU?

I am about to do a motherboard and case change this afternoon and I was about to go buy some isopropyl alcohol but I found these 2 packets of zeiss lens cleaning wipes and i was wondering if it would be safe to use these instead?

Read the label, what is the cleaning solution used? If its alcohol and alcohol only it should be fine.

Just use a paper towel or something soft to wipe off the thermal compound, then use a towel or paper towel with isopropyl alcohol to make it spotless. Remove as much as you possibly can. I looked up the lens cleaner and it looks like it has some sort of moisturizer on it, so I'd recommend you DO NOT use those, any oil or other substance on your CPU can make the thermal compound weaker.
