Can I use this card from Amazon.ca https://www.amazon.ca/ Mediasonic HP1-U34F 4 Ports USB 3.0 PCI Express Card ..... on this motherboard GA-G41M-ES2H?

yes and no.
yes if you use the onboard GPU.
No if you have a GPU plugged into the PCIe x16 slot.
only one PCIe slot means a choice between a GPU or the card.
