I have two wifi adapters.
First is RT-2560ST PCI card with 5db small high gain antenna, and second is TP-Link TL-WN722N USB stick with external 24db antenna.

I use Tp Link with external antenna for wifi but i have problem, when i try mobile hotspot on win 10, i cant access it because it drop signal too far, so i meant to use TP Link to catch signal and RT-2560 to share it. Is it possible ?

You could try ICS, microsoft has excellent documentation. It is generally used to share between WiFi and ethernet but it should work with 2 wifi adapters. Not sure if that is what you tried or you did something different.

Using you PC as a router is not really a optimal thing to do. You have to be careful what you run on your pc a spike in the cpu usage can disrupt traffic passing though ics connection.

If all else fails I would buy something like a ubiquiti outdoor bridge and hook that to a indoor router or ap.
