can i use vsr on vga monitor

i have r7 265 gpu which supports vsr and a monitor connected through vga its resolution is 1366*768 which amd said i can use vsr up to 1080p but i cant use it
can anybody help ?

Did you check my link? There's a picture of where you find it.

If it's not there I guess you need a better monitor, DVI TFT or whatever.

i have my vga display instead digital flat panel

VSR is working over vga with the new radeon settings and crimson drivers for me. (R9 380 nitro 4gb) 1 catch though, does not seem to preserve across reboots on my windows 10 machine. However I can turn it on then change resolution up in regular resolution settings and it works.
