Can I use ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card for my lenovo h520s??

That build and entire system was never designed for discrete graphics cards, only integrated graphics CPU's. There is no PCI-E bracket at the back of the case for any graphics card to be installed, let alone a slot for one.

its got the rear slot for graphics card and its got the mini port

no card can exit the back of that case, it's not wide enough. I bet if you measure it it isn't long enough. The brackets are far too small for any PCI bracket card.

No card can, there is no other way I can say it.

I do not even see how you got a GT 610 in there. It would have to have been modded by the manufacturer to fit.

from the picture of the back you post it could be a 520e or a 530 s look on google picture ,you need to find more info on this model and case .
