You came here for the truth, so the truth is, even with NO graphics card installed, I would NOT recommend using that power supply even for a bare bones system with integrated graphics. Just because it's currently working does not change the fact that Circle power supplies are dangerously poor quality. I don't know how we can make that any clearer. If you put that power supply together with any gaming card, or any system at all really, you are taking a risk.
I realize Circle is both common and popular in Middle Eastern countries, but using them is a bad idea. They are imported from chinese manufacturers and they are very cheaply made. They are KNOWN to damage or destroy hardware or just plain fail or burn up. If you want to run a gaming card in your system, ANY gaming card, you are going to need to get a better power supply. I know the CX power supplies are available and relatively inexpensive in those regions and while they are not terrific power supplies either, they are MILES better than anything sold by Circle.
