Can I user this monitor with my computer?

Hi I am thinking about purchasing this http://www.amazon.com/Asus-VG248QE-24-inch-Ergonomic-Back-lit/dp/B00B2HH7G0 144hz monitor for my new computer i just bought. My computer has not come in yet. Its case is Phanteks Enthoo Pro M ATX Mid-Tower Gaming Case w/ USB 3.0, Side-Panel Window and its motherboard is MSI Z170A Gaming Pro CARBON ATX w/ Programmable Lighting, USB 3.1, 3 PCIe x16, 4 PCIe x1, 1 SATA Express, 4 SATA3, 1 Ultra M.2. Does this computer have dual link dvi cables because to get 144hz 1080p you have to have dual link dvi cables? Also my gpu is a nvidia gtx 980 4gb.

You can bet GTX 980 will support 144hz at 1080p. and you can connect your system to monitor via dual link dvi, DP or HDMI(1.4 or above)

whether you have the cable or not iis unknown. but both devices have a dv-I port on them.
