Can I view personal drives with admin?

all people that can login into the pc have a C drive but can only be accessed by the admin. But they do have their own P drive! Is there a way to look into the P drive from someone else using the admin account? The admin is the only user who has not a P drive but when I go to C:\Users I can see a folder with their name and when I open it it's empty

This sounds like a work system?
And possibly the 'P' drive it a network resource. Tied to a specific user account?

I think you should stop messing around trying to get into other peoples accounts and data.
