[SOLVED] Can I warm up sticky thermal paste?

I just bought some thermal grizzly kryonaut from Amazon and it is legit (checked product code) but it doesn't spread like what I've seen online, it's thicker and stickier. I think it's cold, does warming it with my hand or a blower work?

don't spred the paste. just put a small pea size right in the middle of the cpu

or you can warm it up by putting into hot water for a minute

Yes but I'm not using it for CPU, I'm using for GPU so I gotta spread it, or put a large pea size instead?

for gpu you better warm it up and spread very thin layer
