I have a kit of G Skill TridentZ 32GG (2x16GB) DDR4-4000 RAM.
Its ran fine for 2 years, and over the past few weeks all of a sudden I am getting blue screen of deaths that were increasing in frequency.

Today is BSOD and wouldnt boot up windows at all. I reset the RAM back to "Auto" in the BIOS and windows started working again.

I fired up Memtest86 and its erroring out like crazy at all speeds, 4000MHz and even at 2666MHz...So it appears its confirm to be a RAM issue.

Is this something I can ask for a warranty since it says "Lifetime" warranty?
Anybody ever ran into this and can give some advice?

Should I test each individual stick and see if its just one of them?
Note: Motherboard is ITX so I only have two slots.

Thanks

Just swapped in an older slower set of DDR4, ran for 10mins and no errors....so confirmed its the RAM.

Thanks I will submit an RMA then!
