can i run watch dogs in high settings with msi gtx 750 1gb

What is your full pc configuration?

As for the graphics card,you should be able to get around 40 FPS with all settings on low,but if you ask me,I'd personally recommend that you get a new graphics card that is somewhere in the range with a Gtx 780 or R9 280 if you want decent frames with high settings,as for medium - low settings,you'd need a graphics card that is in range of GTX 560 Ti or HD Radeon 7850.

Too many unknown variables to say. No resolution specified (I assume 1080p), no target framerate and no specific idea of what "high settings" mean. That, and the game isnt even released yet.

If I had to guess.
Probably not, depends on your tolerance for FPS I guess. I'd be thinking medium settings (1080p) at around 45FPS is what youd get from it.

Rig like that I would expect similar to slightly better graphics settings to what your going to see on the Xbone and PS4.

But again, game isnt released even on consoles, we cant say for sure. It could be a really horrible port, who knows.
