Can i3 3220+r9 280x run bf4 high at 60fps 1600x900

Can a i3 3220 + r9 280x or GTX760 run bf4 with all settings high but with no anti aliasing or ambient occulsion at solid 60fps+. I am currently running bf4 on medium with 50-70fps with my 7770.

The r9 280x for sure can... the 280x is on par with the 770 so the 760 would be a step down.
