I will build new bundle and use:
Motherboard: Asus Prime B760M-K DDR5
CPU: i5-14400F
RAM: Viper Venom [2 x 16GB] ddr5 6000Mhz cl 36

Will this RAM have any problems with this CPU ?

If MoBo supports 6000 MT/s speeds, then it is good.

MoBo specs: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b760m-k/techspec/

Since MoBo does support 6000 MT/s, you're good. Though, do note that 6000 MT/s is XMP and it may not be stable, whereby RAM may default to 5600 MT/s or lower (JEDEC) speeds.
But MoBo memory QVL shows that all 14th gen CPUs support all the speeds MoBo is able to support,

So, i see no apparent issues.

The CPU wont be the bottleneck. My 12490f can run DDR5 mems at 6400. Try to run it over 6400 will cause error due to non-k CPUs' SA voltage is limited and unabled to edit.

But if I run 2xram 6000 it will be safe and no error for i5 14400f?
Most likely.

As of errors, for that, run memtest86,
link: https://www.memtest86.com/

With 4 full passes (15 tests per 1 pass). If no errors are found, RAM is sound.
Note: 4 full passes takes a while. ~5h per 1 full pass for 2x 16GB set.

1 full pass is bare minimum. 2 full passes are better, while 4 full passes is considered acceptable.
