Can i5-3570 Bottleneck GTX 1080

I would like to ask if my current pc parts are going to hold a new GTX 1080.

Specs:
CPU: i5-3350P @ 3.10GHz
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon R9 270 (R9-270A-CDFC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV (Socket 1155)
1 TB HDD WD Blue
Any help would be appreciated (Please ask if you need more specifications).

Yes, your CPU is more than enough for most games and will easily handle a GTX 1080.

A CPU upgrade would provide little to no benefit at all.

What motherboard do you have?

Its an O.E.M. Gigabyte on my computer but when i searched it up i found that its a GA-H61M-S2PV (Socket 1155). Also, my i found out that my CPU is an i5-3350P @ 3.10GHz

The H61 chipset has PCIe 2nd Gen tech...
While the GTX 1080 will support PCIe 3.0 which is almost double the bandwidth of PCIe 2.0.
