it's a halo black-red sg-h1b red , yeah it does have a spare place for a 120mm fan

You could mount the radiator at the top of the case.
You would have to remove amy fans that are there already.

It seems to be common to mount 120mm aio at the rear as exhaust.
Heres an example of where it can be mounted.

I have no doubt that you could mount the radiator anywhere you want that has a provision for a 120mm case fan.
What do you need to cool?
Small aio coolers are no more effective than a air cooler in a good case like yours.
Air is usually cheaper, quieter, more reliable, requires no maintenance, is easier to install.
and... air will not leak.
