Can ingenuine windows impact game performance

So there is this hardware shop where you can buy PC parts from all over the world and they'll put it together, It isn't shady or anything its pretty famous in this godforsaken city in the middle east, So last year I put my GTX 960 PC together there and I notice they use a flashdrive to install ingenuine copies of windows 7 - 10, And I don't know which one I had last year but, Can ingenuine copies impact game preformance?

Yes, especially if that pirated copy contains malware that you aren't aware of. You need to get a legit install of Windows in place.
