Im thinking about upgrading my GPU from a gtx 1050ti strix to a gtx 1060 3gb, Will there be any problems if i buy the 1060 3gb?
And Can i run R6S and fortnite good? :)

That number is from userbenchmark. It does have some game benchmarks but it also has synthetics and those synthetics are what affects the scores which is counterproductive. You want real world performance not synthetics. Scroll down to where it averages game benchmarks, it shows 29%. They don't even test those fps so it's a low sample count which may be inaccurate and I'm not sure where they get that data. Many of those gpu vs gpu sites are terrible if you want to know real world performance comparisons.

Gtx 1060 3gb is 71% better Then the 1050ti ( says the internet) i Can run fortnite fairly, but r6s is a bit laggy..
Should i upgrade my CPU to a i5, and keep my gtx 1050ti strix? :/

Going from a 1050Ti to a 1060 doesn't make a huge difference, from what I understand.

In fact, in Doom and Hitman, the 1050Ti outperforms the 1060 3GB slightly. In Rise of the Tomb Raider, the 1060 3GB just BARELY edges out the 1050Ti.

In most other games, the 1060 3GB will outperform the 1050Ti.

Take a look at this review - it's for the RX 5xx cards, but includes the 1050Ti and 1060 (both 3 and 6 GB) among others, for comparison.

Okay thank u, but on google it says that the gtx 1060 is 71% faster

"On google" is very vague. I'm sure there are some benchmarks, either synthetic benchmarks, or possibly even some games, at a specific resolution, etc., where it is 71% faster.

However, that review breaks things down by framerate at specified resolutions for quite a number of games. I would trust that over a randomly picked google search result. Did you click on that link that said 71% faster? Did it review how the cards ran on specific games? Which ones? etc.
